We are looking for qualified personnel for the following positions:

 

Position:     Pilots

 

with unrestricted ATPL and valid class 1 medical certificate for aircraft types – AW139, Bell 412, Bell 429, Sikorky S76C++, Twin Otter DHC-6-300/400 and Dash 8-300.

 

A.      Rotary-Wing Captains

  • 3000 total hours in helicopter operations
  • 1500 hours command time
  • 1200 PIC multi-crew time
  • 500 hours offshore experience
  • 500 hours on current instrument rating
  • 100 hours on type rating

 

A.1.   Rotary-Wing Co-pilots

  • Possess a valid CPL
  • 1000 total hours in helicopter operations
  • 50 hours on type rating
  • Current instrument rating

 

B.      Fixed-Wing Captains

  • 4000 total hours in helicopter operations
  • 2500 hours command time
  • 2000 PIC multi-crew time
  • 500 hours Turbo time
  • 500 hours on current instrument rating
  • 100 hours on type rating

 

B.1.   Fixed-Wing Co-pilots

  • Possess a valid CPL
  • 100 hours command time
  • 150 PIC multi-crew time
  • 500 hours Turbo time
  • Current instrument rating
  • 50 hours on type rating

 

 

Position:     Engineers

 

with EASA Part 66 B1 and B2 or Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority licensed engineers with ratings on – Bell 412, Bell 429, Sikorky S76C++, Twin Otter DHC-6-300/400 and Dash 8-300.

Two -five (2 – 5) years of practical maintenance experience on type is required.

 

 

Position:     Chief Financial Officer

 

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
  • Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
  • Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
  • Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
  • Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
  • Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
  • Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
  • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulatory law and rules for financial and tax reporting.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess B.Sc in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or ACCA highly desirable;
  • 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles are preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Working knowledge and certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards would be an advantage.

 

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
  • Strong problem solving, creative, and presentation skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions bases on accurate and timely analyses.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment) and strong working knowledge of a global status and enterprise based accounting software is preferred.
