Position: Procurement Officer (MAPS)

Contract type: Full Time

Locations: Country Office

The Procurement Officer (MAPS) will under the supervision of the Operations Manager manage activities related to the procurement of materials, services, and equipment required by the MAPS Project, in collaboration with the Program & Admin Officer. S/he will be accountable for ensuring full compliance with USAID and FHI 360 regulations and protocols, and will coordinate closely with the operations, finance, and technical teams to develop and implement a procurement plan in a timely and efficient manner.

S/he will assist with monitoring departmental costs, schedules, and performance to ensure approval and payment of transactions and deliveries.

Minimum Recruitment Standards:

  • B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in procurement management
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.

Position: Administrative & Finance Associate (MAPS)

Contract type: Full Time

No Required: 1

Locations: Benue

The Administrative & Finance Associate (MAPS) will discharge his/her assignment under the guidance of the State Coordinator. H/She will be responsible for accounting, finance, administrative and logistical services for the state office

Minimum Recruitment Standard;

  • University degree or recognized equivalent
  • Knowledge of general office practices and administrative procedures.
  • Knowledge of budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Excellent written, oral interpersonal and organization skills.
