As a result of expansion we are shopping for under listed individuals who possess the following attributes, skills, qualification and experience to fill the positions below thrown up by our expansion into the food and beverage industry.

 

Position:     Production Manager

Job Description

• Develop and manage annual production plans which include but not limited to, Resources, Processes and Operations toward meeting demands
• Develop and execute formulation of all product categories in line with acceptable standards
• Liaise with governmental agencies on production / manufacturing issues

 

Requirement

• Good degree in chemical Engr., Industrial Chemistry,  Biochemistry, Microbiology etc.
• 5-8yrs cognate experience in fruit drink production
• Good entrepreneurial Orientation
• Must have passion to excel and meet set targets
• Good communication skills and Versatility with the use of computer
• Possession of an MBA is an advantage,
• Should be between 30 – 40yrs

 

 

Position:     Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop market for all the companies product
• 5-8yrs relevant experience.
• Develop the product brand strategy
• Determine new opportunities by analyzing, business, economic and the product needs
• Forecast short, medium, and long term marketing potentials in the industry. Field

 

Requirements:

• A Good degree in marketing or any relevant field
• 5-8yrs relevant experience.
• Excellent Negotiation skill
• Good Entrepreneurial Orientation MBA degree will be an added advantage.
• Person must be between 30 – 40 yrs

 

 

Position:     Accountant

Responsibilities

• Take the responsibility for articulating a clear strategy for statuary Financial and management reporting.
• Oversee the preparation and rendition of the companies Accounts on a periodic basic.
• Initiate, design and communicate an efficient financial modeling tool for the budgetary process to aid planning and forecasting.
• Perform cross operating company analysis against predefined performance indicators to identify key revenue projection drivers.
• Develop and implement the companies reporting model to meet GAAP, SAS standards, rendition of quarterly financial performance of the company on (IFRS) FORMAT.

 

Requirement

• A good degree or HND in Accounting
• ACA, ACCA, or equirelant qualification from an internationally recognized accounting body.
• Possession of a good MSC / MBA degree will be an added advantage
• 5-8yrs cognate experience
• Enterprenuel Orientation is a major requirement
• The person must be between 30 – 35yrs
