Vacancies: Program Coordinator for CSO-GON Partnership on Anti-Corruption, Senior Finance & Administration Officer, Project Field Support Officer
Pact Nigeria is currently expanding its program portfolio and seeks highly experienced and qualified candidates to fill the following mentioned positions within the shortest possible time.
Position: Program Coordinator for CSO-GON Partnership On Anti-Corruption:
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the ADVANCE Chief of Party, the Program Coordinator will play an essential role in the ADVANCE project by providing on-going technical assistance to civil society groups and ensure proper documentation and reporting of ADVANCE project activities.
He /She is also responsible for coordination of ADVANCE activities and supporting effective engagement of CSOs of government initiatives on anti-corruption.
As such, he/she will support public dialogue, policy/legislative review, and reforms that will result in greater transparency, accountability and rule of law.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a minimum of Bachelor’s level degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Government or a related field or an LLB.
- Must also have good experience working with a USAID funded project providing support to civil society organizations on improved Governance related issues or government agency involving policy development or implementation in the area of Good Governance and also working or relating with civil society organization.
- A Master’s degree is a plus.
Position: Senior Finance & Administration Officer:
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of Grants & Finance, the post holder will in collaboration with field Finance and Admin Officers manage a range of duties related to financial and administrative transactions within Pact Nigeria and its various partners in the field and head office.
Requirements:
- Minimum B.Sc. in Accounting or its equivalent is required.
- Chartered accountant qualifications a plus.
- Must also have at least five years experience in the area of Finance and Administration.
- Experience with accounting standards/practices of international organization a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience with automated accounting systems and good knowledge of internal control systems and financial audit processes.
Position: Project Field Support Officer;
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will be in charge of supporting the activities of our foundation projects. The position will be the link between the field offices and head office in the areas of procurement, logistics, vehicle maintenance and related activities.
Requirement:
- A first degree with experience in supporting projects both field based and head office run projects.
- Experience in use of ICT for management purposes.
