Vacancies: Senior Community Officer, Finance Officer

ACF-international works to save lives by combating hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable communities, through nutrition, food security, water and sanitation, health and advocacy.

A CF Nigeria is looking for some suitable candidates to fill the following positions:

Position:     Senior Community Officer

Qualifications and Skills Requirement:

• A minimum of a degree (B.Sc) in a health related field with preference given to the following areas: Public health, Nutrition, Community health and social mobilization. A Masters’ degree will be an added advantage.
• At least 3 years experience in community mobilization programs;
• Good knowledge of CMAM approach to treatment of severe acute malnutrition;
• Strong communication and into/interpersonal skills essential;
• Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge to diverse audience through training, presentations, mentoring and other formal and non formal methods;
• Solid interest in working with community members and good community approach is essential;
• Teamwork spirit (ability to work well with others), community participation and capacity building skill required;
• Excellent oral and written skills in English;
• Fluency in Hausa & Kanuri. knowledge of Fulani is a plus;
• Previous experience with NOG is desirable.

Position:     Finance Officer

Requirement:

• A minimum of a degree (B.Sc) in Finance/ accounting or related subject
• Musters’ degree will be an added advantage,
• 1-2 years experience in finance in a reputed organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential;
• Teamwork spirit (ability to work well with others),
• Excellent oral and written skills in English;
• Good knowledge on Excel is desirable.
