Our client, a Mortgage Financial Institution in Nigeria, is seeking to Engage the services of Resourceful, Experienced and result oriented individuals to fill the positions below:
Position: Senior Manger – Mortgage Banking – Ref: H03
Person Specification
- A good first degree/HND in Banking and Finance. Economics, Accounting or any other related field. Possession of a postgraduate degree/professional Qualification is also desirable.
- Must have at least 6-10 years of relevant experience in a mortgage/commercial bank.
- A sound understanding of regulatory requirements by FMBN, practices, processes and systems relating to mortgage operations.
- Sound understanding of the mortgage market and good knowledge of current mortgage products and services in the market such as NHF.
- Must be very detailed, result oriented and in addition must possess an excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Position: Senior Manager – Retail and Commercial Banking – Ref: H04
Person Specification
- A good first degree/HND in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting or any other related field. Possession of a relevant postgraduate degree/professional qualification is also desirable.
- Must have at least 6-10 years of cognate experience in a mortgage/commercial bank.
- Sound knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong customer relationship management skill
- Sound marketing and negotiating skills
- Must be very detailed, result oriented and in addition must possess an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
