The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) Programme Support Unit wishes to recruit a Short term Evaluator to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Canada Fund for Local initiatives (CFLI) achievements from 2007 to 2011.
Position: Short term Evaluator
The consultant will also document the best practices, and lessons learnt during the period under review. The CFLI is a funding mechanism within the context of the Canadian development policy framework through which small/modest scale projects are funded to undertake initiatives that involve technical, economic, educational cultural, and /or social development assistance to the local population.
