Position: Treasury Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary:
The Treasury Manager will assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial instruments in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company. He/she will oversee and supervise the company’s Treasury department.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and participate in the company’s financial and strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Develop frameworks for identifying and analyzing cash and treasury management risks / tolerance levels.
- Manage foreign exchange risk and safely hedge foreign currency and interest rate exposure via forward contracts, future contracts, Swaps, Options etc.
- Liaise with the Financial Controller and the CFO in the periodic reviews and recommendations of the optimal financing structure for the company.
- Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines. Manage the arranging and issuance of such long-term debt instruments and other financial derivatives.
Required Competencies:
- Candidates should possess B.Sc. / HND with minimum of second Upper division /Upper Credit in Accounting, Economics or Statistics
- Minimum of 6 years working experience, 2 years of which should be as a Treasury Manager in an FMCG/ Telecoms environment.
- Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments.
- Experienced in the issuance of Bond and other financial derivatives and use of hedging instruments
- General knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements for investments and other financial instruments.
- Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills and knowledge of treasury software expertise.
Position: Network Support IP/MPLS/OoS Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
This role is an IP network support role, which involves the design, installation and maintenance of connectivity for clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing, installing and maintaining IP connectivity services for an organization, includes ensuring that network communications architecture is functioning efficiently.
- Network upgrade, Implementation, and test plans.
- Perform as the customers’ consultant for all of Clients IP/ MPIS technology related services.
- Perform level 3 technical supports and escalation for telecommunications IP issues.
- Maintain a strategic understanding of the existing infrastructure and its relationship to the business
- Ensure compliance with international regulatory voice guidelines.
Required Competencies:
- Candidates should have Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or related discipline
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in related area
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously each with critical deadlines
Position: Network Support IP/VOICE Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
This role is for a voice engineer with adequate knowledge and experience of VOIP, PABX, and other voice technologies available in the industry.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing, installing and maintaining VolP and telephony products for on organization, includes ensuring that network, communications architecture is functioning efficiently.
- Coordinate voice PABX and network upgrade, implementation, and test plans.
- Perform level 3 technical support and escalation for telecommunications voice issues.
- Proactively plan and manage the implementation of voice services and voice network for Clients
- Maintain a strategic understanding of the existing infrastructure and its relationship to the business
- Ensure compliance with international regulatory voice guidelines.
Required Competencies:
- Candidates should possess Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or related discipline
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in related area
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously each with critical deadlines industry certification related to Cisco based IP network, voice system; routers, security, operating systems, etc. Certification – CCVP and CCIP
- Requires an advanced level of competency in complex voice technologies, networking technologies, and international standards, especially in Multi Brands traditional PABX knowledge and new IP PABX
