Vacancies: Warehouse Supervisor, Store Keeper, Graduate Trainee in Engineering

 

As part of our expansion and development programmes, our company, a multinational and leading player in agro-allied manufacturing industry (situated in the Eastern part of Nigeria) is looking for experienced, intelligent and highly motivated individuals to fill the positions below.

 

Position:  Warehouse Supervisor (WS 001)

Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly the Safety Policies, Rules and Regulations of the Company
• To prepare daily stocks report for ail the products.
• Report on stock movements for stock provisioning
• Ascertain on hand balances of stocks for ordering purposes,
• Stack suppliers/receipts from Goods receiving section into appropriate stocks locations
• Issue stock items to users on receipt of a daily authorized order on stores tickets
• Recheck discrepancies declared during Cycle count
• Inventory Management (reconciliation of physical balance with computer balance of items and making necessary corrections).
• Posting of goods received into the system and preparation of daily goods receipt report.
• Help in formulating stock and warehouse policy for the company.

 

 

Qualifications:

• He must have degree in Purchasing and Stores or its equivalent
• He must have a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in similar position.

 

 

 

Position: Store Keeper: (SK 001)

Responsibilities:

1. Maintains all relevant stock records and prepares  reports accordingly b.
2. Alerts the Stock Controller promptly when any stock item reaches the re-order level or when there is issue of stores keeping,
3. Ensures that goods are correctly and timely dispatched from the store after proper authorization,
4. Partakes in the periodic and year-end stock taking,
5. Performs other legal duties as may be required by the warehouse manager or the Accountant.

 

 

Qualification:

• He must possess a B.Sc/HND in Accounting or any other Social Science courses
• He must have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience is preferred.

 

 

 

 

Position: Graduate Trainee in Engineering: (GTE 001)

Qualification:

• He must have at least Second Class Upper degree from a recognized University and Upper Credit from a Polytechnic.
• Must be prepared to learn and grow the company.
• Mechanical and Electrical graduates are required,
• Must be prepared to build a career with the company.

 

Note that All candidates must be Computer Literate
