Position: Solutions Manager, Security

 

Salary N10 – 15M/Annum

 

This position manages and directs the execution of sales plans and initiatives this role is responsible for providing leadership delivery of Security solutions to clients to meet their business needs, strategies and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops annual sales plans, directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Ensure sales plans meet organizational expenditure.
  • Drive sales strategies for improvement. Build, develop and manage sales team, responsible for identifying new business and build strategic relationships with specific user.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business/Technical Sales or Marketing. Track record of meeting set performance targets.
  • 8-15 years of successful application of business and sales management people management experience and within the IT industry. MBA/MSC will be an advantage

 

 

Position: Hardware Sales Manager

 

Salary N10 – 15M/Annum

 

This position requires the ability to win new business, develop existing Partner relationship and execute effective trade marketing programs.

 

Key Responsibility:

  • Managing relationships with major local and international Clients.
  • Developing the business strategy and have end to end ownership and accountability for the complete ownership of the Sales Process.
  • Ensures that, from an operational perspective, bottom line Profit is delivered, costs ate controlled and margins are protected and maintained in-line with corporate objectives.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Experienced from a lead role within sales a must.
  • Degree in Business/Technical, Sales or Marketing. Track record of meeting set performance targets.
  • 8-12 years’ of business and sales within the IT industry. MBA/MSC will be an advantage
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving business results as an individual contributor and as a team manager.
  • Past experience of leading a team selling Hardware to enterprise clients essential.
