Position: Admin Manager (IKY/001)
Location: Ikoyi-Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Applicant will assist in development of administrative manual
- Applicant will manage and develop staff of different nationalities
Qualification:
- Applicants should have degree in any of the Social Sciences
Requirements:
- Applicant must have excellent command of written and spoken English
- Applicant must have excellent IT skills including Pivotal tables in particular, good experience in strategic management and planning, security management.
- Applicant should understand estate management in manufacturing organisation.
Position: Estate Officer (IKY/002)
Location: Ikoyi-Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Applicant will report to the Admin Manager (Nigeria)
- A graduate to manage estate management services for 2 VIP houses and 2 residential guest house facilities, 4 offices and business properties among others responsibilities.
