Position: Area Sales Managers

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage a Distribution Channel in the assigned region.
  • Support Dealers and Merchants in a manner that ensures uptake of New Services and ongoing Increased Sales.
  • Achieve monthly Sales Targets.
  • Forward Market Information and provide Recommendations in the fields of Sales, Marketing and Business Processes to the Sales Manager and Management.
  • Train Channel Partners on Payment Transaction Terminals, Customer Service and Business Processes.

 

Requirements:

  • 3 Years proven Track Record in sales, preferably in a distribution environment or in the financial services or fast moving consumer goods industries.
  • Excellent understanding of Channel Needs and good Customer Relationship skills.
  • Ability to come up with Solutions rather than excuses.
  • Street-wise and a preference of being close to the customers rather than being behind an office desk.
  • Capable of Achieving Targets and working under Pressure.

Position: Corporate Sales Manager

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, Approach and Manage Large Corporate Accounts that have high volumes of airtime purchases.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline and coordinate resources required to close deals
  • Achieve monthly Sales Targets.
  • Business Processes to the Sales Manager and Management.

 

Forward market Information and provide Recommendations in the fields of Sales, Marketing

 

Requirements:

  • 5 Years proven track record of selling Services to Large Companies
  • Ability to converse with Financial and Procurement professionals at Managerial level
  • Excellent Objections Handling, Negotiation, Persuasive and Closing skills
  • Good Proposal Writing, Communication and Presentation skills
  • Capable of Achieving Targets and working under pressure
  • Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration
