Our client, one  of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Nigeria with over 20 years of active existence requires qualified candidates to fill the positions below in her factory situated in Oyo State.

 

Position: Areas Sales Manager

As the Areas Sales Manager, you shall have develop and  implement the  marketing plans for the allotted area. This cuts across the management of  both the area’s sales and the medical representatives. You shall oversee the company’s dealership management scheme.

Job Description

  • Create plans to penetrate, develop and grow strategic relationships with marketing peers at key accounts within the  pharmaceutical industries.
  • Assess the current situation and needs of each individual account or brand or access the market penetration solution or innovation
  • Create business plans to penetrate key accounts at strategic points of entry.
  • Drive successful capture of business work with customer marketing teams to arm them with necessary data to align internal stakeholders, work closely with our sales personnel to provide treasury data for deal closures.
  • Work with customers to agree on strategic intent and tactical implementation of all pilot programs and market launch designs.
  • Work with customer marketing teams to craft creative briefs for new marketing concepts based on industry needs.
  • Work to maintain subject matter expertise and provide regular updates on market trends to key accounts to appropriate

Qualification and Experience

  • Applicants must possess B.Pharm or other suitable qualification  required
  • MBA or M.sc preferred
  • 5+ years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. At least 3 years of experience working on customer acquisition programs, ideal experience will be from the pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the business issues surrounding product packaging and launch will be highly considered
  • Must be able to present compelling value propositions to a cross-section of people within an organization including senior level executives, field sales or business development experience strongly desired
  • Experience  managing direct reports
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and see projects through to completion.

Position: Secretary

As a Secretary, you shall have to handle all filling and Communication related task. You shall from time to time plan the work schedule of the assigned officer along side interfacing with the public/Company’s business contacts as deemed necessary.

Job Description

  • Shall be Responsible for upkeep of  the  office of the assigned officer.
  • Responsible for overall secretarial support to the assigned officer’s office viz; minutes of meeting, fax, email, etc so as to ensure smooth flow of work
  • To manage the assigned office’s appointment desk/calendar
  • Internal & external liaison, coordinating all necessary office as well as business transaction on behalf of the office.
  • Act as an effective interface with business partners, prospective clients
  • Ensure utmost confidentiality and integrity of operations.

Required Skills

  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Good  communication skill
  • Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
  • Experience in itinerary management
  • Excellent typewriting speed of about 40WPM
  • Ability to organize event/programs/meetings and write reports
  • Excellent IT skill –MS Words, Excel PowerPoint, internet, etc
  • Knowledge of record keeping
  • Time management.

Qualification and Experience

  • Applicants must possess HND in Secretarial  Admin Studies
  • professional Qualification would an added advantage
  • Matured and married lady of ages of at least 35 years and above
  • Applicant must have minimum of  5 years experience and must be ready to relocate.

 

Position: IT Officer

As the IT officer, you shall have to handle the company’s network administration, intranet, internet security, and administration of all software(s) and application acquired  or put to use by the company.

Job Description

Implement all IT related business continuity plans

Develop company wide information systems security plans to meet standard industry practices and regulatory requirements

Manage all the procurement of IT hardware, software and service and maintenance contracts.

Set standards and systems for sharing public data, data archiving and retentions

Facilitate training for software application for department heads and all ends users

In conjunctions with departments heads assess system and software requirements to meet and enhance business functions

Develop, implement and monitor performance metrics for providing information technologies services to the end users in municipal, schools and SELCO operations and the integrated town wide organization

Establish and manage IT capital and operating budgets, foster an organizational structure where opportunities for cost savings are identified shared and  implemented.

Required Skill

  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work long hours and with little or no supervision.

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidate must possess HND, B.sc in computer Engineering, science alongside CISCO & MSCE
  • Minimum of  about 3-4 years of experience
  • Experience in Tally Accounting package and Networking
  • Internet/intranet management
  • PC maintenance and repairs.
