Position: Assistant Direct Sales Managers:
Requirement:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience of which 2 years must be in a senior leadership sales role.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower or Lower Credit (B.Sc or HND) in any Social Sciences discipline.
- An MBA, M.Sc. is an added advantage.
Position: Unit Managers (Pension) – Port Harcourt
Responsibilities/Requirement:
- Responsible for planning and carrying out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
- Carry out recruitment of Sales Agents.
- Constantly train the agents on products, sales technique, culture and the business process of the company.
- Trains the agents, carry out market research, competitor and customer survey and develop ideas as well create offers for direct clients.
- Candidates must have HND /B.Sc. Marketing, Insurance, Business Administration or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years cognate work experience in an agency or retail business set up.
Position: Recruitment Consultant (Abuja):
Requirement:
- Candidates must have B.Sc. in a Social Science or Management course.
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in recruitment consulting firm.
- Attention to detail in all aspects for work.
