Vacancies: Branch Manager, Front Desk Officer

TATA Africa Services (Nigeria) Limited is part of an international group engaged in the distribution of TATA vehicles in Nigeria. We require the services of young, energetic, and experienced Nigerian professionals to fill the following vacant positions.

Position: Branch Manager (for Port-Harcourt)

Responsibilities

• Accountable for day to day running of the branch
• Responsible for overall sales activities
• Manage sales budget

Position: Front Desk Officer (For Abuja)

Responsibilities

• attend to visitors promptly and courteously
• attend to telephone calls while making use of register and appropriate documents
• Receiving incoming mails and send to the appropriate officer
• ensure effective call back to follow up with clients enquires
• maintain and update client contact details
• coordinate travel and  hotel reservation details for visitors and management team
• ensure that the office assistant caries out his/her rou8tine functions

General Requirements

• Young and energetic (not more than 45 years of age)
• A good degree/HND
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• confident, outgoing, sociable character
• Valid driving licence for positions 3, 4, 5 and 8
• Fully conversant with outlook, word excel, and power point
• Flexible approach to working hours to meet deadlines
• Must be computer literate
• Must be willing to work long hours with minimum supervision
• 3-5 years industry experience required.
