Position: Brand Manager
Job Description
1. Sell, Market and Train the Sales Team
2. Prepare and Implement annual marketing plan for the products
3. Plan, organize and Monitor assignments, activities and projects in a timely manner to achieve required objectives.
4. Collect, Evaluate & Interpret Internal and External market information / data to assist the company department and in appraising the effectiveness of the Marketing Plan.
Skills & Attributes
1. Pharmacist with at least 2 years experience in managerial position in a Pharmaceutical Company
2. Must possess strong people and Leadership Skills
3. Excellent organizational Skills
4. Good leadership skills
5. Ability to think out of the box
6. M.B.A is an added advantage.
Position: Business Development Manager
Job Description
1. Develop business plans and sales strategy for the territory that ensures sales goals and profitability.
2. Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
3. Responsible for the performance, coaching, reward and development of the sales team in your territory.
4. Maintain accurate records of all sales and activity reports submitted by the sales team.
Skills & Attributes
