Position: Business Development Manager – Aftermarket: (Ref: 1-BDMA2012)

Location:   Lagos / Abuja / Port-Harcourt

Job Outline:

To generate and maintain revenue within the Aftermarket Business, working with the Heads of Departments and Branch Managers to ensure customer requirements are met and also developing the business in the territory. Coaching and managing the sales team to prioritize customer visits and service requirements.

Responsibility:

  • Full profit and loss statement accountability for Aftermarket business and achieving annual sales and profit AOP
  • To maximize sales, revenue and profitability of our product and service offerings to ensure branch targets are met on a monthly basis
  • Review existing customer base and proactively seek opportunities to develop business by introducing and selling the benefits of new and existing products and services.
  • To develop Key Account Management Plans for designated customers ensuring plans are documented and worked to by all parties involved
  • Lead, manage and motivate Aftermarket Sales employees including recruitment, control and discipline in accordance with company procedures and in conjunction with the HR department among others.

Requirement

  • Knowledge of Diesel & Gas engines and Power Generation products and services
  • Strong service and technical background
  • Proven man-management skills
  • Customer management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years Commercial Sales and Marketing experience with a proven track record, preferably in a similar or related industry environment
  • Strong negotiating and communication skills

 

Education:

  • Formal Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar – Essential
  • Management qualifications – Essential
  • MBA – Preferred

Position:     Branch Manager: (Ref: 2-BMA2012)

Location: Abuja

Job Outline:

Lead in achieving sales and profit growth for the Branch and implementing business strategies and activities to deliver Customer Service Excellence

Responsibility

  • Full Profit and Loss accountability for Branch achieving annual sales and profit AOP across all business units
  • To maximize sales, revenue and profitability of our product and service offerings to ensure Branch targets are met on a monthly basis
  • In conjunction with the PG Sales Manager and Aftermarket BDM develop and implement marketing and sales strategies ensuring the continued growth of new and existing sales in the designated region
  • Lead, manage and motivate Branch employees including recruitment, control and discipline in accordance with company procedures and in conjunction with the HR department etc.

 

Requirement:

  • Proven record in relevant business disciplines, to include, general management skills, people development, and customer relationship management
  • Proven record in management, and operational capability
  • Proven record and ability to lead, motivate, and effective people communication at all levels
  • Relevant First Degrees and Management qualifications (Essential)
  • MBA (Preferred)
