Due to business expansion, we require the services of highly competent individuals with proven track record of performance to occupy the following positions:

 

Position: Business Development Manager – Ghana

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of short and long term plans of Superflux International for the West African region, position based in Accra, Ghana.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for aggressive business acquisition in the print industry (security and commercial) in West Africa.
  • Create a well qualified pipeline of prospective business opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision makers.
  • Develop and maintain sales territory plan and ensure achievements of company sales targets and profitability.
  • Ensure performance to customer’s specification.
  • Manage customer relationship.

 

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Aggressive strategist with proven ability to close deals via strong and persuasive skills communication.
  • Strong Initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of the West African market and Ghanian in particular.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Passion for excellence and integrity.
  • Tenacity and resilience.

 

Educational & Experience Requirement

  • Minimum of 10 years work experience in sales.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Ghanaian Printing Business especially the financial & Public sector
  • Must be from any English speaking West African Country resident in Ghana
  • Strong and proven networking skill
  • At least 40years old.

 

Position: Group Head, Business Development – Abuja

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of short and long term plans of Superflux International in Abuja and the North.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Implement successful corporate strategic plans to move the business to the next level
  • Responsible for aggressive business penetration and growth of the company’s print business (security and commercial) into Abuja Market & the North
  • Responsible for outlining new approaches and business models to develop the business in Northern Nigeria.
  • Create a well qualified pipeline of prospective business opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision makers
  • Develop and maintain sales territory plan and ensure achievements of company sales targets and profitability
  • Responsibility for business development planning, customer and competitor analysis, proposal design and tender bids to grow the business to deliver the agreed return on investment
  • Develop strategic relationships to help grow Superflux network and capacity.
  • Ensure performance to customer’s specification.
  • Manage customer relationship.

 

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of the business terrain of Abuja and the North

Educational & Experience Requirement

  • Minimum of 15 years work experience as a Business Development Manager at a senior level. At least 5years previous or current work experience in Abuja.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Nigeria Printing Business is an advantage
  • Strong and proven networking skills especially with Government Parastatals
  • Fluency in Nigerian languages, currently working and living in Abuja
