Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Main Purpose of the Job:
Ensure effective and efficient operation of the organization and reports to the board of directors through the Group Chairman.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and scheduling
- Managing on-going process and production capability improvement
- Agree on delivery timetables with the Board and staff
- Train internal employee
- Develop annual budgets and targets
- Responsible for all disciplinary matters for all staff
- Investigate and manage ail internal grievances
- Manage, develop and motivate teams to achieve corporate objectives
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a university degree or equivalent in agriculture or related fields and relevant work experience of at least 15-20 years in similar role.
Position: Horticulture Manager:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Production budgets and targets
- Direct and Manage operations to achieve set targets
- Develop, review administrative, purchasing and clerical procedures after determining operational needs
- Manage cross-functional relationships with other departments
- Provide expertise, leadership to his subordinates and technical support to and under the Project manager
Qualifications:
- A minimum of first degree or equivalent in agronomy, Crop Production or related field with relevant work experience of at least 5-10 years in similar role
