Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Role:
- The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company.
- Assists the CEO in the aggressive and successful growth of the company.
- Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of company, the COO provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems In place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company. Bottom Line: Build a beautiful company.
- Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
Position: Group Head, Projects
Role
- Will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Building and managing project teams, reporting to the Project Sponsor, and ensuring quality control throughout project lifecycles are central to this position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage project development from initiation to closure.
- Be accountable for project results along with project sponsor.
- Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining, scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.
