Position: Chief Operations Officer
For an expanding and profitable Micro Finance Bank
Role:
- Develop objectives and plans based on company mission from the board
- Allocation and management of resources to achieve the objectives
- Determination of costs, benefits and risks of all business decisions taken as options over other alternatives
- Performance evaluation, control and reporting to the board
Required Competence:
- Inspirational leadership skills
- Analytical skills
- Marketing skills
Experienced Required:
- Strong financial services experience
- Strong industrial experience within the local market
Education: First Degree is minimum with MBA an advantage
