Vacancies: Communications Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Business Development Analyst/Manager
As a result of its strategic Corporate plans and in line with the expansion of the business activities; in the Group, which operate amongst others, in the Downstream sector of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry, Maritime and other ancillary sectors, the Company wants to engage young men and women well equipped to join its winning and highly motivated team:
Position: Communications Manager:
Successful candidates will be required to act as the internal and external medium of the Companies generally through (a) producing a strategic plan with key internal/external communications objectives; (b) developing relevant brands; (c) writing business proposals; (d) ensuring effective implementation of plans, (e) developing contents for online and offline media and also (f) managing the business intranet and web-site for content consistency and consistent brand perspective.
Qualifications:
- Our preferred candidate should possess a sound Bachelor’s Honours Degree (minimum Second Lower) in English, Journalism, Public Relations or in any related Communications field.
- Possession of an additional Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing will be advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of between 2 – 5 years cognate, preferably with practical exposure and also participation as an active Member of a professional Communications club/association network.
Age: Not more than 40 years.
Position: Supply Chain Manager: Reference-002
Successful candidates will be required to manage the seamless movement of raw materials into the organization and that of finished goods out of the organization to the end users by adopting:
a) effective selection and management of suppliers;
b) maintaining and constantly updating a database of credible supply chain partners;
c) improving the trust and collaboration among supply chain partners;
d) communicating needs and objectives to management and other key personnel with regards to procurement, logistics and distribution and
e) improving inventory visibility and velocity of inventory movement and management generally.
Qualifications:
- Our preferred candidate should possess a sound Bachelor’s Honours Degree(minimum Second Lower) or HND (Upper Credit) in Purchasing and Supply; Marketing or related discipline. Possession of an additional Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing will be advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years cognate experience. Ideal candidate should be a Member of a professional Purchasing & Supply Body.
Age: Not more than 40 years.
Position: Business Development Analyst/Manager: Reference-003
Successful candidates will be required to constantly study and analyse present and future business units to ensure the following:
a) operational effectiveness and excellence of the organizations;
b) design and document workflows and also make appropriate recommendation/s that will positively impact on operational effectiveness;
c) tracking and analysis of business unit’s trends and make appropriate recommendations that will impact positively on the operations of the business unit;
d) and amongst others, working with business partners to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service and business processes generally.
Qualifications:
- Our preferred candidates must possess a sound Bachelor’s Honours Degree (minimum Second Lower) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline. Ideal candidate should have acceptable and statutorily recognised professional qualifications.
Computer Skill:
- Ideal candidate must possess advance skills in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, Excel, Presentations and Outlook. Also he/she must possess knowledge of Microsoft Project and e-mail/scheduling software applications generally.
Experience: Minimum of 2 – 5 years cognate experience.
Age: Not more than 40 years.
