Position: Company Secretary/Legal Officer ROSK 003
Duties and Responsibilities
- Give legal advice and ensure that the best approach is taken for the business
- Drawing up and submitting major contracts, agreements and other legal documents
- Perform the daily clerical functions required for the efficient operation of a legal office.
- Beyond the usual filing, typing, dictation and phone-answering duties of the secretary.
- Possess specialized skills unique to the legal profession.
- Prepare correspondence and type legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery documents and subpoenas.
- Maintain complex docket systems to track the myriad of legal filing deadlines; create spreadsheets; index and update pleadings and discovery binders; schedule depositions, site inspections, hearings, closings and meetings.
- Draft correspondence and routine legal documents such as deposition notices and legal invoices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have a university degree in Law
- Must have good working experience for a minimum of 15years in a corporate outfit/multinational and have good knowledge of commercial or law of contract
- Must have flair for research and verse knowledge of applicable laws
- Must be familiarize with legal documents and Terminologies with time management, planning and organization skills.
Position: Human Resources Manager ROSK / 004
Duties and Responsibilities
- To maintain an integrated HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute to the development of corporate HR Policies
- Develop effective methods or tool for selection, performance evaluation and the implementation of strategic direction for people development within the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience and a second degree. Membership of CIPM or NITAD would be an added advantage.
