BURSARY DEPARTMENT

Position: Confidential Secretary I – (CONTISS 08)

Qualifications and Experience

• Higher National Diploma (HND)/Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Administrator or Office Management Technology with one year Cognate Expert in Shorthand /Typewriting.
• Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE) with Credit Pass in English Language plus RSA, Pitman or approved Technical School Certificate with 120/50 wpm in Shorthand plus at least three (3) years of Post Qualification Experience.

Position: Confidential Secretary II – (CONTISS 07)

Qualifications and Experience

(a)     SSCE with Credit Pass in English Language plus RSA/Pitman/Technical Certificate with 100/50 wpm in Shorthand and Typewriting with at least three (3) years Secretarial Experience.

(b)     NCE in Office Management or Business Education or National Diploma in Secretarial Administration with minimum of two years Cognate Experience an 100/50 wpm in Shorthand and Typewriting
