The Nigeria Federal Public Administration Reform Programme (FEPAR) funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID) is seeking consultants with public administration experience for the following areas:
Position: Consultants (Organisational Design and Development)
We are looking for several consultants to work with specific FEPAR partners to redesign and restructure [functional departments. The consultants will have strong HRM experience with particular expertise in role and competency profiling, job descriptions and skills assessment. The length of assignments will be dictated by the programme and partner needs.
Position: Experienced organizational design consultant (System and Process Design)
We have a specific, short-term requirement for an experienced organizational design consultant to design the systems, workflow processes, structures and corporate strategies for a new One-Stop Agro Input Centre. Some travel to Dafara, Kuje Area Council, Federal Capital Territory will be required.
