Position: Cooperative Support Officer Grade 5
Location: Jos, Nigeria (Plateau State)
Reports to: income Generation Manager
Line Manages: Not Applicable
Purpose
The Cooperative Support Officer (CSO) will work closely with the Income Generation Manager (IGM) and Regional Cooperative Support Manager to establish profitable women’s enterprises. The CSO is responsible for leading Country Office Activities related to women’s Cooperatives and delivering technical assistance and training support program to participants and selected graduates.
Skill and Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
- At least three (3) years-relevant work experience preferably with an NGO.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service approach package
- Proficiency of computer application packages,
- Significant understanding of cooperative development in the country.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
- Excellent written and verbal English and local Languages skills
