It is a privately owned multinational company which specializes in Computer hardware, Storage and Cloud based Computing Solutions. It has built its reputation as its renowned excellent service delivery achieved through a lean, nimble and flexible workforce from operational based in Lagos and Port Harcourt whilst sprouting branches nationwide. She is currently seeking to recruit competent and first class individuals capable of filling the following positions:

 

Position:     Director, Commercial Products and Solutions (Expatriate or Nigerian) dcp@kimberly-ryan.net

Reposing to the Vice President, Sales Management

 

Tasks/ Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and drives the successful implementation of a business plan and sale strategy for the target market that ensues the attainment of company sale and profitability goals.
  • Prepare proposals and action plans for effective search for sales and prospects
  • Provide accurate, timely and competitive pricing an all company products
  • Set examples in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
  • Maintain contact with all client in the target market area to ensure high level of client satisfaction.

 

Minimum Requirements /Skills / Competencies:

  • An excellent first degree in a business or engineering related discipline
  • Working experience with a leading Technology OEM brand will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills
  • Good business acumen and insight
  • Ability to collaborate and drive cross team collaboration with diverse groups in a cross functional organization
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and grow the business to become the leader in the industry

Reposing to Director, Commercial Products and Solutions

 

Tasks / Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the cloud competing and other storage solutions diversification of the business
  • Provide specialized presales activities for delivering outright profitable revenue.
  • Develop customer relationship at appropriate levels to become trusted business advisor
  • Work together with Sales and relevant Account Teams for ensuring that solutions provided meet customer expectations
  • Assist with prospect qualification, conduct demos and workshops, manage the whole BMP (Bid Management Process) as well as coordinate responses to RFQs/RFPs.

 

Minimum Requirements / Skills / Competencies;

  • Candidates should have B.Sc in Technology with an MBA or relevant experience
  • Conversant with Storage and Cloud technology offerings from DELL, HP, Netapps and other similar brands
  • Ability to think strategically about technology and business implications
  • Top-tier problem solving skills with ability to achieve results despite ambiguity
  • Experience with successfully communicating with top level executives and out to the broader organization.
