- At least 5 years working experience in one or more of the relevant fields: Institutional Development, Organizational Development, Public Policy Development/Management, Public Sector Management, Human Resource Management, Governance, Fiscal Planning / Economic Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Change Management, Sensitisation/ Gender Rights
- Experience of working within a corporate environment or an established NGO
General skills:
- Demonstrated ability to write high quality proposals and reports
Position: Senior Manager
