Job Title: Division Manager – (Corporate Services), (CSS001):
- Researching, drafting and implementing appropriate strategy and policy in relation to human resources, remuneration, corporate governance, procurement, administration, and ICT issues. Ensuring that the Chief Executive and the Board are kept fully aware of all relevant issues effecting Company policy. Responsible for the continuous review and reporting of personnel performance management, with the aim of keeping the Chief Executive and Board advised of human resources and administrative performance and development of management arrangements. Provides strategic support and advice to the Company in the areas of human resources, facilities management, and IT systems.
- Responsible for all press communication of the Company, including the preparation of all press/news releases issued and acting as press spokesperson for the Company for all direct media enquiries.
- Act as complaints Manager for the company, ensuring that all unofficial and official complaints are dealt with appropriately in compliance with agreed policy and procedures.
- Will be responsible for the administration, formulation and amendment of related policies and requirements.
- Providing high level administrative and operational support, research and advice to management on administrative matters such as staff management and of facilities.
- Developing and implementing administrative and operational procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the company
- Analyzing complex resource management issues and initiatives that affect the company, and preparing associated reports, correspondence and submissions Leading, managing and developing administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information
- Representing the company in negotiations, and at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums, and promoting existing and new programs and policies
- Responsible for the development, implementation and continued compliance of IT related strategies, policies and procedures. Also responsible for the supervision and management of the IT support services, ensuring that all aspects of the agreed contract are complied with and that the Company’s IT system continues to operate effectively to meet the Company’s needs.
- Overseeing, monitoring and evaluation of the company’s, ICT Standards and best practices, its security to protect the integrity of data, network capacity and performance
- Overseeing the company’s records management
- Overseeing development and implementation of the auxiliary services operational plan.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Applied Sciences with at least 15 years management experience.
- MBA and Professional Certification will be added advantage
- Demonstrated initiative to solve operational issues,
- Ability to develop and implement operations, policies, and procedures,
- Knowledge with operations financials, and budgeting,
- Proficiency with standard word-processing, spreadsheet, database, graphics, and presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Knowledge of standard personnel laws and requirements,
- Professional, enthusiastic attitude, team player,
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and to function well under pressure.
