Our organization, a Leading Educational Institution is requesting the professional service of qualified individuals in the following capacities:

 

Position: Facility Manager

 

Successful candidate will be responsible for general administration and facility management. Will develop and implement plans are strategies to aid the day to day running of all facilities in place.

 

Qualification/ Requirements:

Applicant must possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • An extra certification in General Admin or Facility management will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 6 years work experience in the capacity of an Admin executive, Admin supervisor or Facility manager.

 

Position: Business Development Manager

 

The successful candidate must be able to build market position by locating, developing, negotiating and dosing business relationships.

 

Qualification/Requirements

 

The successful candidate must possess

  • Prospecting Skills: locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Negotiation and closing skills: Ability to develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with organizational operations.
  • Sound market knowledge and understanding of the various strategies to ensure territory management.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

 

Position: Public Relations Officer

The successful candidate must be able to engage all forms of media and communication to build maintain and manage the reputation of the organization.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

Applicant must possess:

  • Not lower than a second class lower ‘2.2’ grade in Mass Communication, International relations or any related field.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills to aid the establishment and maintenance of goodwill between the Organization and the public.
  • Must be organized and able to conduct research to find out the concerns and expectations of all stakeholders.
