Vacancies: Factory Supervisor/Manager, Procurement Officer
A Food Processing Company located at Ikoga, near Agbara Estate, along the Lagos-Badagry Expressway is about to commence operations and is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following vacancies.
Position: Factory Supervisor/Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversight functions of the operations/Management of the company
- Ensure & Manage Company to profitability.
- Drive Corporate Vision and Brand Management of The company.
- Contribute ideas to Management for achievement of corporate goals.
- Manage community relations within the neighbourhood.
Qualifications/Skill requirements
- A good 1st Degree in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- 4-5 years experience in a food processing organization.
- Good Electrical/Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- General Industrial automation knowledge.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong Team working ability with excellent leadership skills.
- Proficiency in use of MS office packages.
Position: Procurement Officer
Responsibilities
- Solicit bids for raw materials supply/liaise with co-operatives for raw materials negotiation & supply.
- Forecasting & quantification of required materials & supply time frames
- Liaise with lab for quality testing before & after deliveries.
- Provide guidance to Management on procurement & storage related issues to ensure NAFDAC standard requirements.
Qualifications/Skill Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree/HND in Agric Studies/supply chain logistics or any other relevant discipline.
- Min of 2 years relevant experience
- Negotiation abilities at all levels with suppliers.
- Strong MS office software skills
