Vacancies: Factory/Admin. Manager, Project Manager
A renowned manufacturer and service provider – specializing in fabrication & installation of stainless steel balustrade with European technical partnership situated in Lagos urgently require dynamic achievers to help fortify its operational growth and expansion drives.
Position: Factory/Admin. Manager
Qualification / experience
- Preferably a University degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division
- Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in manufacturing and related industry experience
- Strong leadership and team player with high organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and impeccable character
- Excellent communication skills and tolerant in the handling of staff matters
- High proficiency in MS office applications.
- An above average knowledge on organizational development would be an advantage
Position: Project Manager
Qualification / experience
- A University degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or Architecture with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division
- Must have at least 7 years in Project Management (Civil & Architectural)
- High proficiency in computer especially in Microsoft Suite, Auto Card / Arch Card + 3D Max will be an advantage
- Must have good knowledge in architectural drawings
- Ability to manage and supervise subcontractors and materials suppliers
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent planning and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills.
