Vacancies: Food & Beverages Manager, Executive Chef, Hotel Engineer
Our client, an ultra modern hotel in the heart of Lagos with state of art facilities required suitable qualified candidates for immediate employment in the following capacities:
Position: Food & Beverages Manager (REF: FB-1)
Qualifications:
- The right candidate should possess a B.Sc/HND in Hotel Management, Business Admin, Social Sciences or Humanities.
- A minimum of 4 years working experience in hospitality industry.
- Should have leadership qualities and drive for success.
- Possession of MBA and membership of the Institute of Hospitality is an added advantage.
- Accounting Package and Hotel Property Management (OPERA Software) is Compulsory
Position: Executive Chef (REF: FB-2)
Qualifications:
- Candidate should have good knowledge of both African and Continental cuisines. B.Sc/HND in Catering & Hotel Management with at least 4 years experience. Good knowledge of menu planning, costing and portioning is essential.
Position: Hotel Engineer (REF: S-l)
Qualifications:
- Candidate should possess City & Guilds or ND or its equivalents in relevant fields with at least 3 years experience on the job. Areas of specializations should include any of the following: Electricals, Plumbing, HAVC & Refrigeration; or Power/Mechanical.
