Vacancies: Grants Manager, Operation Manager, Procurement Officer

Position: Grants Manager

Location: Abuja
Minimum Recruitment Standard:
- B.Sc in Business Administration, Public Health, or related fields required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of six years post NYSC relevant experience working with grants management, which includes at least two years of experience in a managerial role.
- Prior experience working for an international NGO strongly preferred.
- Experience and good working knowledge of USAID and other US Government organizations’ rules and regulation required.
Position: Operation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of cross-cutting functions among departments on the Nigeria MAPS Project.
- The Operations Manager will ensure and improve upon the efficiency of the project’s implementation, internal operating Procedures, and human resource functions, among other tasks.
- The position will require significant daily coordination among departments, state offices, and the FHI 360 Country Office
- And will be responsible for directly overseeing operations and procurement staff located in Abuja.
Minimum Recruitment Standard:
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Health, or related fields required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role required.
- Prior experience working for an international NGO strongly preferred.
- Experience and good working knowledge of USAID and other US Government organizations’ rules and regulations required.
Position: Procurement Officer
Responsibilities:
- Will manage activities related to the procurement of materials, services, and equipment required by the MAPS Project, in collaboration with the Program & Admin Officer.
- S/he will be accountable for ensuring full compliance with USAID and FHI 360 regulations and protocols, and will coordinate closely with the operations, finance, and technical teams to develop and implement a procurement plan in a timely and efficient manner.
- S/he will assist with monitoring departmental costs, schedules, and performance to ensure approval and payment of transactions and deliveries.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
- B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in procurement management.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
