Position: Group Head, Business Development
Responsibilities
- Define overall strategic objectives of the business, preparing yearly financial budgets and business plans
- Develop and execute strategies that will exponentially increase revenue, market share and profit
- Lead a vibrant team of sales professionals towards achieving overall corporate objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years post qualification experience in sales with a special exposure to the banks and other financial institutions
- High commercial acumen and track record of dealing with key decision makers in the banking industry
- Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Position: Sales/Marketing Managers

Responsibilities
- Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new customers and markets.
- Prepares excellent proposals, presentations and RFP responses
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in corporate sales in the financial telecoms and public, sector
- Exposure to the print industry would be an advantage\
- Good presentation and excellent oral and written skills.
