Position: Head Cargo/ Courier Division
Objective of Role:
To deliver flawless customer service \n efficient and profitably manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Articulate, direct, drive and coordinate corporate and marketing strategies of cargo/ courier business of the company in alignment with corporate vision and mission.
- Direct and coordinate all company’s Cargo/ courier activities including operations & logistics
- Effective service existing contracts in line with service level agreements while developing and sourcing new contracts to expand the customer base
- Monitor competitors activities and ensure that company stays ahead of competition.
- Monitor overall customer services delivery to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years experience out of which 5 must be in cargo/courier business management at the level of a CEO or General Manager
- Degree /HND in social sciences , business administration
- Possession of a masters degree and professional qualification in transport and logistics, supply chain management, marketing will added advantage
- Computer literacy including application of technology (software inclusive) to deliver cutting edge customer service
- Experience in leading large team in various cargo/ courier locations
