Position: Head Document Management Centre (DMC 001)

 

Report to: Head, Information & Communication Technology

 

Job Purpose

  • To provide leadership and co-ordination for the company’s day-to-day Document Management and Post Room Function activities.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • To supervise the maintenance of electronic filing systems to ensure that documentation is securely filed and readily retrievable
  • Development policies, procedures and programmes regarding the documentation process flow, filing, archiving and document Handover activities

Education /Knowledge/skills

  • A Good First Degree
  • Previous experience of using electronic document management IT systems.
  • At least three years experience managing a document management system for a mid-sized organisation

Position: Head Customer Management Centre, (CMC 001)

Reports to: Group-Head Marketing & Distribution

 

Job Purpose

  • To maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and managing customer services staff

Key Accountabilities

  • Develops customer service policies, procedures and standards for the company
  • Manages a team of customer service staff (Walk-In. Contact Centre and the Customer Care Executives) to provide.
  • Excellent customer service

 

 

Education /Knowledge/Skills

  • First degree in English, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any related field
  • Minimum of 5years working experience as customer service executives/supervisor
  • Professional qualification in insurance will be an advantage.
