Position: Head HR/Admin
TOTAL REM – approx. N5M + CAR / DRIVER
Location – Lagos State
On behalf of our client, a foremost Professional National and membership based Organisation
The Job: The successful candidate who will report to the Chief Executive Officer will:-
(I) Initiate and coordinate recruitment, Selection, induction/placement, appraisal and advancement of high caliber employees to meet the current and future manpower requirements of the Organisation.
(ii) Ensure that job descriptions, work plans and employee performance appraisals are timely, updated and efficiently in place across the organisation.
(iii) Ensure that the organisation maintains good remuneration policy in order to motivate and retain high caliber employees.
(iv) Initiate action from time to time on implementation of the Organisation’s Human Resources Policies.
The Person
- The ideal candidate who will be between 35-45 years of age must have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, 3 of which must be at management level in a private or similar organisation.
- The successful candidate must in addition have a good University degree in Humanities or Social Sciences or Law – Membership of the relevant professional body i.e CIPMN at the Full Membership or Fellowship level.
- The ideal candidate will be versatile in the use of computer. He must be a thoroughbred and his integrity will not be in doubt.
