Vacancies: Head of Project, Business Development Manager
Our Client, a highly structured livestock production and processing company located in Lagos requires talented, resourceful and exceptional team – players to take up the following positions:
Position: Head of Project (HOP/FBL/01/09/11)
Key Accountabilities:
- Mange and supervise building contractors in the Farm and other complex
- Manage and control cost of construction projects in the company through valuation, cost planning and cost benefit analysis.
- Undertake cost analysis for repairs and maintenance work
- Prepare technical documents like construction drawings and specifications.
- Prepare tender and contract document including Bill of Quantities
- Liaise with relevant agencies and localities.
- Allocate work to subcontractors
- Advise management on Building Procurement Strategies, Maintenance cost, Contractual Claims and property Taxation.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years project planning, execution and management experience
Qualification:
- Candidate should possess B.Sc/HND in Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. Post specialization and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Professional software packages.

Position: Business Development Manager (BOM/FBL/02/09/11)
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop sales pipeline and key accounts for the company’s products
- Agree and deliver National/local sales targets
- Develop and manage annual business plans, identifying key activities, priorities and risks
- Craft and execute strategic Business Development plans
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years post graduation experience in Marketing/Sales management especially in an industrial sales/marketing environment.
Qualification:
- Candidate should possess B.Sc/HND in Management or related discipline, MBA, M.Sc or other relevant post graduate degrees will added advantage
- Knowledge and working experience in an integrated upscale livestock production and processing company will also be an added advantage
