We require suitable qualified candidates to fill the position below in Microfinance and Enterprise Development (LAMED) in Edo state.
Position: Head of Training/ Enterprise Development Programme
Location: Edo State.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and review of the training programmes of the Academy.
- These shall include microfinance and enterprise development training.
- Planning and implementation of approved training plans.
- Ensuring high quality of training programmes.
- Ensure quality in training delivery.
- Designs and periodically reviews training programmes of the Academy within the guidelines provided by the
- Governing Council and management Team;
- Produces periodic training plans.
- Plans and organizes training sessions to exceed expectations of clients.
- Collaborates with others to conducts client satisfaction surveys and shares results with the Governing council.
- Identifies and assists good Resource Persons.
- Manage the Distance learning Programme.
- Carries out other assignments as directed by the Director-General
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of a First degree in a relevant d Possession of a masters degree will be an advantage
- A minimum of three years relevant experience in training will be required.
