Position: Higher Executive Officer (G.D)

Qualifications:
- A Higher National Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration or Public Administration from a recognized Institution.
- O/L Certificate with 5 credits including English & Math.
- Must be computer literate with very sound knowledge of software package.
Position: Quantity Surveyor Grd II
Salary scale: CONHESS 07(# 949119 p.a)
Qualifications:
- A degree in Quantity surveying from a recognized university.
- A pass in final Examination of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor.
- A pass in final Examination of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Purveyor
Position: Architects Grd II
Salary scale: CONHESS 07(# 949119 p.a)
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science, Degree in Architecture obtained from a University recognized by the Architect registration council
Method of Entry:
Interested applicants are to obtain application form of the institution from the Registry Unit with teller from bank after payment of the sum of N 5000 (Five thousand five hundred naira) to Acct. No 175001955 of SKYE Bank on the name of the institution.
