Our client, a leading multinational finance services organization entering into Nigeria is seeking to recruit qualified professionals to fill the positions below:
Position: HR Specialist (Ref: Mid006)
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is accountable for functioning as a subject matter expert in the field of payroll administration and other HR Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain staff information systems to ensure that the organization has accurate and up-to-date pay and benefits data relating o oil staff
- Assist in the administration of oil personnel policies and procedures
- Maintain regular contact with managers to establish their recruitment needs and carry out all necessary procedures to meet those needs
- Monitor and apply personnel policies and procedures as directed by the HR Manager Resolves technical and complex problems, especially in HR administrative queries/issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Applicant must possess a first degree (B.sc) from a reputable university
- Should have 4 years relevant HR experience.
Position: Administrator x 3 (Ref: Adm001)
Reporting to the Senior Administration Specialist or Senior Team Leader, this role is accountable for providing immediate response to administrative requirements in accordance with Services level Agreement parameters, in o processing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Fellows standardized processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning
- Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards
- Provides an indirect service to customers and intermediaries
- Responds to immediate requirements within procedure.
- Uses standard administrative techniques to coordinate own work
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates must possess a first degree (B.sc) from a reputable university
- Should have 3 years relevant experience.
