- Applicant should have 3-5 years proven experience of managing learning and development initiatives effectively.
- Should have a University Degree or Post-graduate qualification in the learning and Development field
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or relevant equivalent qualification
- Membership of professional body (e.g. CIPD/ITOL) and engaged in ongoing CPD
- Experience of dealing with difficult and sensitive situations in a diplomatic and professional manner
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Training and development

Position: Admin Operation Manager HR (Ref. No: MSC/GGNL-007)
- Applicant should have a University Degree or Higher Degree preferable
- Several years’ professional communications experience, including internal communications & its role in organisational & cultural change programme
- Extensive administrative and secretarial experience, at senior management level
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to plan pro-actively, attention to detail,
- Efficient and reliable in following up multiple tasks.
- 3 years + HR administrative management experience. Commercially wired brain –
- Ability to hit budgets, manage expectations and understands all aspects of the HR life cycle.
