The Human Resources Associate, under the supervision of the Senior Human Resources, provides operational support to implement effective functional areas including recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration compensation, HRIS and training.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
- BSc. in Human Resource Management, Business/ Public Administration or related field with 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration compensation, HRIS and training management.
