Our client, a Well Capitalised Primary Mortgage Institution, soon to be quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, and with substantial shareholding by the Bayelsa State government, which has its head office in Yenagoa and branch offices in Uyo, Abuja and Lagos; wishes to recruit qualified professionals as team leader and team members to fill the positions below.
Position: Managing Director /CEO
Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications will include:
- B.Sc, FCIB/FCA; an MBA/M.Sc would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 15-years cummulative Working Experience to include a minimum of 5years hands-on experience as Managing Director in a Primary Mortgage Institution or a related Organization
Condition of Service
Highly competitive based on experience
Position: Executive Director Operations
Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications as in
- B.Sc, FCIB/FCA; an MBA/M.Sc would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 12-Years cummulative Working Experience to include a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as General Manager/ED in a primary Mortgage institution or a related Organization.
Condition of Service

Position: Loan Review and Documentation Officer
Location: Yenagoa
Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications will include:
- LIB, BL, an ACIB/LLM would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 8-Years cummulative Working Experience to include a minimum of 3 Years hands on experience in a Commercial Bank or Primary Mortgage institution
Condition of Service
Competitive salary not below N100, 000 per month, transportation, Guest House Accommodation
