Vacancies: Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, Office Manager, Drivers
Health Alive Foundation (HAF) is a non-profit making, non-partisan on-government organization (NGO) with headquarters in Iloring, Kwara State. Since inception HAF has been initiating, promoting and implementing programmes to boost the socioeconomic status and enhancing the health indices of women, children, the physically challenged members of the society and the Nigeria society at large.
We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions at the headquarter office, Ilorin.
Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Specification
- Applicants should have good first degree in Medicine, medical or Social Sciences
- Possession of MPH will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 5 years active M&E managerial position in an NGO of progressively responsible, practical, international M&E experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead/oversea Evaluations, Reviews, Assessments, Data audits, etc to ensure proper use of the system and to ensure compliance with Internal and External standards of performance
- Experience in the evaluation of development projects using a range qualitative methods
- Must be able to use statistical software such as SPSS, EPI info etc and working knowledge of new trends in M&E will be required.
Position: Office Manager
Specification
- Applicants should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration or management related field.
- Certificate in managerial, accounting and data processing method will be an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in Management and administrative services
- Strong working knowledge and use of MS office applications
- Willing to and can work under pressure
- Computer Literacy with experience in MS applications
Position: Drivers
Specifications
- Applicants should have Secondary Education, Valid Driver’s license
- 4 years’ work experience as a driver , safe driving record ; knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skils in minor vehicle repair
- Fluency in written and spoken English essential
