Our Motivation
As a result of our desire to support the efforts of the Federal and State governments in Nigeria on Job Creation and the initiative of the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) to create 250,000 new jobs in the Nigeria Insurance industry by 2020. We have decided to fully downscale Insurance Protection to 200 communities, Towns and Cities in Nigeria within the next 3 years using the Franchise Management Approach (FMA)
For Whom
This project is packaged to specifically excite, but not limited to people who:-
- are displaced in the Banking, Finance, Insurance and Public Sector Reforms
- Want to be their own bosses and avoid routine resumption / closing hours.
- Are tired of CV writing and rewriting in search of new jobs.
- Are Ladies/Married women engaged in jobs that do not permit time for family, exercise, recreation or relationships.
- Have retired from the public, private or military service but have useful contacts that can be converted to income.
- Are engaged in product/service marketing & wish to join the Insurance Industry.
- Are currently engaged as Insurance Marketing Executives but wish to go Professional on the job through our 5 – module. PSDP Package.
- Are currently or previously engaged in other Financial service activities and wish to add Retail Insurance Distribution to their portfolio e.g, MFBs, PFAs, HMOs.
Consequent upon the above, the following vacancies are to be filled now:
Position: National Franchise Administrator/Executive Director
Location: Lagos
Requirement
- 25 years experience in Retail market – Finance or Product
- 40 – 55 years of age
- 1st & 2nd Degrees in any finance related subject
- Professional qualification in Insurance
- At least 3 years international exposure in Insurance/Pension matters

Remuneration- Facility Fee arid Productivity Bonus.
All remunerations are subject to meeting the Validation Requirements & target applicable to the position and all successful candidates for position 1 – 4 will start’ from the entry level of Trainee Risk Advisor or Trainee Unit Manager with the opportunity to attain the desired position within 180 days.
Training Package:
In order to easily integrate the Trainees into the Insurance Profession, we have assembled a team of World – class Trainers and Resource persons to deliver the following training modules to you as you make Progress in your career with us.
Mode of Operation:
Successful candidates are expected to:-
- Market a wide range of traditional, compulsory and 50 newly developed Insurance products to individuals, families, corporate outfits and government agencies along the Traditional, Microinsurance and Takaful concepts.
- Report in the office only twice in a week by 9:00 am. (All Trainee Positions)
- Work in offices nearest to their homes
- Be mentored by a team of well trained Managers to provide guidance and support for early success in this unique opportunity for a job, a profession,
- a career and a business.
- Be prepared for promotion to higher levels within 1 year of joining the scheme
