Established in 1915 with Helen Keller as a founding trustee, Helen Keller International (HKI) works to save the sight and lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged. Headquartered in New York City, HKI currently conducts programs in 22 countries in Africa and Asia as well as in the United States. We combat the causes and consequences of blindness and malnutrition by establishing programs based or evidence and research in vision, health and nutrition. HKI began working in Nigeria in June 1999 and its programs benefit over 11 million people. Current programs include Vitamin A Supplementation, Infant and young child feeding and Neglected Tropical Disease Control

 

HKI is looking to hire suitable candidates to fill the following positions within its rapidly expanding program portfolio. Full job descriptions are available for download from our official website.

 

Position: Neglected Tropical Disease Program Coordinator

 

Requirement:

  • Minimum of Master degree in microbiology, parasitology, entomology or similar field; medicine or health related field
  • Master of public health
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience

 

Position: Nutrition Program Officer (Spring Project)

 

Requirement:

  • Minimum of Master in Public Health (Nutrition)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience Minimum of 3-5 years experience
