Position: Officer QMG/T/BDO
(BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
Job Description
- Assist the company in establishing and expanding business opportunity by providing information on local market, international market, establish contacts, business tool and funding opportunities
- Undertake direct industry research and economic market analysis to determine economic development as well as provide recommendations on now products and business opportunities
- Help create business development industry database -Develop opportunity for seminars and presentation by Nigeria Machine tools
- Prepare and maintain information requested by potential investors
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management or related disciplines with 5 years of progressive experience in directly related area and proven ability to establish, prioritize and accomplish goals.
- Strong attention to detail and proven written and presentation skills is a must
Position: Head: QMG/T/LRC/H
(LEGAL/REGULATORY Compliance)
Job Description
- Manage all corporate litigation and legal risk across the group
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and all legal documents
- Provide legal advisory services to the various business units across the group
- Provide strategic corporate counsel and efficient resolution of all legal issues
- Monitor compliance and licensing and company secretarial requirements of the group
- Liaise with Regulators as well as internal business divisions to ensure sound understanding of compliance requirements, governance issues and advise management of emerging compliance issues thus guiding the group in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Law or related discipline with 10 years hands on experience as head legal /regulatory compliance in a large manufacturing concern.
- Admission into Bar, comprehensive familiarity and knowledge of legal and business requirement is a must.
- Ability to think outside the box and demonstrate commercial application of legal knowledge is necessary. Candidate with higher qualification and membership of relevant professional bodies will have edge
