Position: Outside Plant (OSP) Manager
Our Company seeks to employ an Outside Plant (OSP) Manager to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Determine the scope and schedule of OSP projects at the different cities of operation where such is to be initiated by the Company.
- Obtain all necessary state and local permits
- Perform necessary field work and proper work prints for permit and final construction.
- Interface with all departments to ensure timely projects completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical related field or its equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years Outside Plant Planning, Designing and Engineering experience, Fiber Optic Cabling and other related practices.
Position: Business Development Manager
(Retail Internet Services)
Our Company requires for a suitable candidate for the position of BDM – Retail Internet Services. Successful candidate would be responsible for the following:
- Generating sales from portfolio of accounts in accordance with the agreed targets and maximize company profitability with the sales area of responsibility assigned
- Develop and maintain relationship with customers to ensure that the Company’s maximum sales potential is realized in the area.
- Maintain an awareness of product development and delivery innovation to boost sales in the area assigned.
Requirements:
- A university degree in a Business discipline or Social Science
- 5 years plus experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Ability to understand the technology upon which the Company products and services are built
- Excellent communications, presentation and sales skill and preferable in a datacom company.
Position: Customer Service Officer
Require a suitable candidate for the position of Customer Service Officer.
Successful candidate would be responsible for:
- Receiving fault calls from clients and resolving same at first level of troubleshooting and document appropriate processes taken to resolve fault.
- Generate necessary periodic reports for both internal and external use.
- Responsible for orderly second level fault handover to field Service Engineer(FSE) and follow up to ensure that open ticket is successfully closed within specified performance limits.
Requirements:
- A university degree in a related field
- 2 years plus experience in Customer Service for an ISP
- Personable with knowledge of IP network in datacomms organization
Successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain a cheerful disposition
Candidate must possess strong analytical and communication skills.
